Terms and Conditions

At Liberty HR Manpower, our terms and conditions are grounded in the Foreign Employment Act of Nepal, ensuring the benefits and rights of migrant workers. We prioritize transparency and fairness in all our engagements. Below are the key terms and conditions:

  1. Final Interview: The final interview for selected workers will be conducted within 10 days of receiving the original documents. This ensures a swift and efficient recruitment process.

  2. Deployment Arrangement:

    • Deployment arrangements will be made within 15 days of receiving the visa copy, provided the visa does not require endorsement in the passport.
    • If visa endorsement is necessary, the deployment process will take at least 45 days. This timeline accounts for the additional administrative procedures required.
  3. Free Replacement: We offer a free replacement with new workers if any worker is found unqualified for the assigned work within 90 days of assuming the job. This guarantees that employers receive competent and capable personnel.

  4. Salary and Facilities: The employing company must clearly state the worker’s salary and other facilities as specified under clause 5 in the contract. This transparency ensures that workers are fully aware of their entitlements and the terms of their employment.

  5. Worker Benefits and Facilities: As mandated by the Nepalese government’s directives, the employer company must provide the following facilities to workers in a written contract:

    • Salary: A clear and fair wage for the worker’s services.
    • Accommodation: Suitable living arrangements.
    • Food: Provision of meals or food allowances.
    • Transportation: Necessary transport facilities to and from the workplace.
    • Medical Facilities: Access to medical care and health services.
    • Insurance: Comprehensive insurance coverage for the worker.
    • Work Hours: Standard work hours of 8 hours per day.
    • Work Week: Six working days per week.
    • Leave: 15 days of leave annually.
    • Residence Permit: Facilitation of the necessary residence permits.
    • Overtime (O.T.): Compensation for any work done beyond the standard 8 hours per day.

The contract letter must explicitly detail the company’s rules and policies regarding the above facilities. This clarity ensures that both the employer and the worker have a mutual understanding of the employment terms, fostering a transparent and fair working relationship.

By adhering to these terms and conditions, Liberty HR Manpower ensures that the rights of migrant workers are protected and that employers receive qualified and dedicated personnel. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of recruitment and employment practices.
